Morgan Academy has a rolling admission and enrollment process. We may accept qualified students at any time during the year. Tours are available weekly for preschool and K – 8, and Open Houses are held several times throughout the year. Our Admission Process

  1. Please fill out this form to receive an email about tour dates and availability. Tour days for parents and guardians last from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., but guests are welcome to stay longer or shorten the visit as desired. The tour begins with a conversation with Ms. Somers, includes a tour of the campus and classroom observation, and concludes with a second conversation where any new questions are answered.
  2. Feeling excited about the prospect of your child’s attendance? Next, we’ll schedule a full-day or half-day visit for your child. This is required for the child; parents or guardians may stay during this visit for as short or long a time as they see fit.
  3. Towards the end of the full-day visit, at about 2:45 p.m., Ms. Somers will meet with parents or guardians to review the child’s day, school history, and academic background in-depth, and discuss potential pod (cohort) placement. Note that pod placement isn’t permanent; it can change throughout the year. Pods are fluid depending on the cognitive and emotional growth as well as grade-level achievement of students. 
  4. Upon acceptance, parents or guardians complete the online application, forms, and contract and pay the non-refundable Reservation Fee ($500 for K – 8; $250 for preschool). 
  5. The first tuition payment is due upon enrollment or by July 1 for the upcoming school year. (Please review tuition and fee details further below on this page.)
