Morgan Academy has a rolling admission and enrollment process. We may accept qualified students at any time during the year. Tours are available for preschool and K – 8, and Open Houses are held several times throughout the year. Please review our admission and enrollment steps below and sign up for a visit. Tuition: Tuition can be paid on a monthly, quarterly, or single payment schedule. The first tuition payment is due July 1 for the upcoming school year. For rolling enrollment, the first tuition payment is due upon entry. Financial aid is provided via the WV HOPE scholarship.
Tuition is due on the first of each month from July to April. A $50 late fee will be added if tuition is not received by the 5th. Payments can be made via check, credit card, or ACH withdrawal.

Fees:
The Reservation Fee of $500.00 for the next school year is due February 15 for current enrollees and at the time of enrollment for new enrollees. The Reservation Fee holds a student’s place for the school year and covers administrative costs associated with enrollment; it does not offset tuition and is nonrefundable.

Discounts: 5% discount on +2nd enrolled K-8 student
WV HOPE Scholarship: If your student is enrolled in the HOPE scholarship, the tuition will be adjusted to reflect the amount West Virginia will pay. You are responsible for any tuition above and beyond what HOPE covers.
